Director of Gameday Operations
Overall responsible for facilities and gameday preparedness including, preparation of playing surface, guest services, ticketing, access control, concessions, merchandise, security, risk management, and safety of all personnel in the facility. ​​
Director of Community Outreach
Overall responsible for the organization’s outreach model, strategic planning, connecting the team with the community, maintaining the relationship and positive image of the organization in the community.​​
Ticketing and Sales Manager
Oversees all aspects of ticket sales and distribution for events held at a stadium. This includes managing staff, implementing ticketing strategies, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.​
Sponsorship Marketing
​Responsible for securing and managing partnerships between the team and external organizations. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals, and ensuring the sponsor receives value from the partnership.
Creative Design Manager
Responsible for leading the visual aspects of a sports team's brand. This includes overseeing the creation of all design assets and ensuring consistency with the team's overall brand identity.​
Fan Engagement Coordinator
Responsible for fostering a strong connection between the team and its fans, enhancing fan engagement. This includes tasks like organizing gameday events, managing communication, and coordinating fan experiences to boost team loyalty and support.
Public Relations Manager
One of the most important figures in a sports organization. They lead the team’s media strategy and communication efforts. They tell the right story at the right time. This work involves planning, creativity, and ensuring every communication works toward a larger goal.
Player Brand Manager
Responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the players brands. This involves developing marketing strategies, managing brand consistency across all platforms, and analyzing trends to ensure the player's brand resonates with fans and stakeholders.
Gameday Media & Officials Liaison
Makes contact with media personnel and match officials as they arrive. Escorts them to the designated areas, and coordinates player and staff access for interviews, pitch-side access, and refreshments (for officials).
Community Project Coordinator
Focuses on planning and implementing programs, coordinating events, and fostering community engagement. They work to improve community well-being by identifying needs, designing initiatives, and fostering collaboration between various stakeholders.

INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLE
General Management & Finance
Exposure to general operations, planning, and oversight of operations and events. Practical experience communicating with sponsors and partners as well as brand building.
Operational budgeting, projecting, and reporting. Tracking revenue and expenditure streams to model FP&A.
Marketing & Digital Communication
Real-world application of creative design, marketing, communications, and media engagement to build a brand in a sporting environment. Utilizing photo/video in public relations settings, creating marking and advertising plans, and managing club and player brands.
Sports Fitness and Conditioning
Exposure to high-performance athletes for training and match fitness management. Observation of bio-mechanics and application of fitness plans working around a rigorous competition schedule to ensure wellbeing and peak performance fitness.
